Challenging requirements can have a significant impact globally, depending on the nature of the requirement and the industries or sectors affected. Here are a few examples:

Environmental requirements: Stringent environmental regulations and requirements can significantly impact global industries and the environment. For instance, the Paris Agreement's goal of limiting global warming to below 2 degrees Celsius could transform global energy systems and influence decisions on the use of fossil fuels.

Trade requirements: Global trade regulations and requirements can have far-reaching consequences, affecting the competitiveness of industries and countries. For example, tariffs, quotas, and trade barriers can lead to trade wars, affecting the global economy's stability.

For example, the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in travel restrictions, quarantine requirements, and other measures that have disrupted global trade and mobility.

Financial requirements: Financial regulations and requirements can have a significant impact on global markets and the economy. For example, the Basel III regulations, which require banks to hold more capital, have led to changes in the banking industry and affected the availability of credit and loans.

Challenging requirements can have a global impact on various sectors, including the environment, trade, health, and finance. The nature and scope of the requirement determine the level of impact.

What is the Sharpen the saw?

Sharpen the saw means to renew and refresh your potential on four levels: According to the Stephen R. Covey (2004) status Renewal is the principle and the process that enables us to progress in a direction of development and change, of ongoing improvement. It mean there should be a self –renewal balancing program if your life in following four facts.

Those areas being,

• Physical

• Mental

• Social / emotional

• Spiritual

As you renew yourself in each of the four areas, you can experience growth and change in your life. Improving those activities where life ignores your well-being .Sharpening the saw allows you to keep practicing to keep yourself fresh and it increases your ability to produce and meet the challenges around you. By improving yourself, you can experience a wonderful energy.

When making a list of all the assets you own or control, do you list them among them? Truth be told, you are your most important asset and the most important investment you can make is in yourself. Continue as a high performer; you need to nurture your performance potential. That's why Sharpen the Saw is all improvement, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development. However, despite the best intentions, life and work can get in the way. A new opportunity to you can recharge to your new opportunity by yourself instead of hitting the wall. All it takes is passion, knowledge and skills.

For fulfill to the challenging requirement you need to practice seven habit yourself .what are the seven habit requirement?

Habit 1: proactive

Focus and act on what you can control and influence instead of what you can’t. Those that take initiative are aware that they are "response-able." They don't attribute their actions to external factors like conditions or conditioning. People realize they have control over their conduct. Conversely, those who are reactive are frequently impacted by their physical surroundings. They attribute their actions to outside forces. They feel better if the weather is nice. If it isn't, it has an impact on their performance and mood, and they attribute it to the weather.

Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind

According to Stephen R. Covey. (1989) Define clear measures of success and plan to achieve them the capacity to imagine in your mind what your eyes cannot see right now. It is founded on the idea that everything is produced twice. There are two types of creation: the first is mental, and the second is physical. Just like a structure follows a plan, the physical product follows the conceptual one.

Habit 3: put first things first

Instead of constantly reacting to urgent needs, prioritize and achieve your most important goals Your purpose, beliefs, roles, and priorities should all be part of your life management. "First things" are what? The first items are the ones you consider to be most valuable. When you prioritize what is most important, you are managing your time and events in accordance with the personal priorities you set in Habit 2.

Habit 4: Think win to win

Collaborate more effectively by building a higher rapport. Influence others by developing a deep appreciation of their needs and perspectives. Win-win views life as a collaborative rather than a competitive environment. Win-win is a way of thinking and being that consistently seeks for mutual gain in all of our relationships with others. Win-win agreements or solutions are advantageous to both parties and meet their needs. The pie is delicious, and we both get to enjoy it.

In order to pursue win-win outcomes, you must be both confident and compassionate. You need to be courageous in addition to thoughtful and empathetic. A win-win situation requires a delicate balance between daring and thoughtfulness, which is the mark of true maturity.

Habit 5: seek first to understand to be understood

Influence others by developing a dep understanding of their needs & perspectives. You need to make your message clear. By doing this, you run the risk of completely ignore the other person, appearing to be attentive, selectively hearing only a portion of the discussion, or paying close attention solely to the words being spoken, but completely missing the message. Why does this occur, then?

Because the majority of people listen with the intention to respond rather than to understand. While you mentally prepare what you will say, the questions you will ask, etc., you listen to yourself. Your life experiences and frame of reference serve as a filter for everything you hear. You evaluate what you hear by comparing it to your memory. As a result, before the other person has finished speaking, you assume what they are trying to say. Do any of the following sound familiar?

Habit 6: synergize

Develop innovative solution that leverage diversity and satisfy all key stakeholders. Synergy is the simple idea that "two heads are better than one." The practice of creative collaboration is synergizing. It involves working as a team, being open-minded, and taking the risk of solving challenges in novel ways. Yet, it doesn't occur on its own. People contribute all of their individual knowledge and experience over the course of the procedure.

They can do far more as a group than they could separately. By synergy, we can jointly find things that are considerably less likely to be discovered independently. The notion that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts is what it is.

People start to obtain fresh understanding when they start interacting with each other in a sincere way and are willing to be influenced by one another. Because of disparities, the capacity to create novel ideas grows tremendously.

Habit 7: sharpen the saw.

Increase motivation, energy and work life balance by making time for renewing activities. Status of Stephen R. Covey (2013) It's a pig plus to have so many obligations and demands on our time, travel, career, and families in the cutthroat environment of today.

Without self-renewal, the body becomes weak, the mind mechanical, the emotions raw, the soul insensitive, and the individual selfish. Not a pretty picture, is it? Or you may be putting off reaping the benefits of good health and exercise.
